Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-considered basis within each travel window. Submitting a form does not guarantee a booking.

If your project feels aligned and fits the current schedule, you’ll receive a follow-up with next steps.

SoftHome offers intentional tattoo sessions ranging from smaller Energy Symbols to full-day large-scale work.

Session options, durations, and starting rates are outlined on the Booking page. Final session placement is determined based on scale, complexity, and alignment.

Retainers & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment date and time.

Retainers are applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

Retainer amounts vary by session type.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

No design work begins until the retainer is received.

All tattoos are custom and original.

Designs are created based on the information shared in your booking form and refined by placement, flow, and session scope. Reference images may be used for inspiration, but exact replicas are not created.

Consultations are reserved for projects requiring additional clarification and may require a separate booking fee.

Clients may reschedule once with proper notice.

• Additional reschedules require a new deposit

• Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment result in forfeiture of the deposit

• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may incur a fee

• Arrivals beyond 25 minutes may result in cancellation

These policies respect the time and preparation invested in each session.

• Clients must be 18+ with no exceptions

• Intoxication or impairment will result in cancellation

I work exclusively through guest spots and travel sessions, booking within specific cities and date windows throughout the year. Locations and availability are announced in advance.

If your city is not currently listed, you’re welcome to express interest through the booking form. Travel availability is subject to scheduling, alignment, and demand.

Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and nourished.

• Avoid alcohol or substances 24 hours prior

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area

Proper preparation supports both the tattoo process and healing.

Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment and must be followed carefully to ensure proper healing.

Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and void complimentary touch-ups, if applicable.
