To request a tattoo, a booking form must be submitted.

Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-considered basis within each travel window. Submitting a form does not guarantee a booking.

If your project feels aligned and fits the current schedule, you’ll receive a follow-up with next steps.

SoftHome offers intentional tattoo sessions ranging from smaller Energy Symbols to full-day large-scale work.

Session options, durations, and starting rates are outlined on the Booking page. Final session placement is determined based on scale, complexity, and alignment.

Retainers & Payments

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment date and time.

Retainers are applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

Retainer amounts vary by session type.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

No design work begins until the retainer is received.

All tattoos are custom and original.

Designs are created based on the information provided in your booking form and refined through placement, flow, body anatomy, and overall session scope. Reference images may be used for inspiration, however exact replicas are never created.

Once the consultation process has been completed and the design direction has been approved, major design changes or complete redesign requests will require a new retainer and rebooking process. Minor adjustments may be made at my discretion to ensure comfortability, balance, and overall flow of the final piece.

My work is rooted in creative freedom, artistic interpretation, and intentional design. Trusting the process is an essential part of working with me. No two pieces are ever identical, and I do not recreate or duplicate previous work, including my own.

If, after reasonable compromise and communication, the design direction can not be agreed upon, the appointment will be canceled and the retainer forfeited.

Clients may reschedule one time with proper notice. Additional reschedules will require a new retainer.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur a late fee. Arrivals exceeding 25 minutes may result in appointment cancellation.

Travel appointments and guest spot bookings are final and may not be rescheduled. Due to travel coordination, scheduling limitations, studio rentals, and preparation involved, retainers for travel appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Failure to respond to appointment confirmations or required communication within the provided timeframe may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the retainer.

Large-scale appointments exceeding $1,500 that require rescheduling may require an additional securing retainer to reserve a new appointment date. This additional payment will be applied toward the final tattoo total.

Due to the extensive scheduling coordination, preparation, and reserved time involved in larger projects, additional retainers help secure future booking availability and protect the time allocated for the session.

These policies are in place to respect the time, preparation, travel coordination, and creative energy invested into each session.

SoftHome maintains a calm, focused studio environment to support quality work.

SoftHome operates as a travel-based tattoo practice.

I work exclusively through guest spots and travel sessions, booking within specific cities and date windows throughout the year. Locations and availability are announced in advance.

If your city is not currently listed, you’re welcome to express interest through the booking form. Travel availability is subject to scheduling, alignment, and demand.

Travel dates are limited and priced separately from Dallas appointments.

Priority scheduling, reserved travel requests, and short-notice bookings may incur additional fees.

Please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and nourished.

Proper preparation supports both the tattoo process and healing.

Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment and must be followed carefully to ensure proper healing.

Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and void complimentary touch-ups, if applicable.
